In these Terms & Conditions, the following terminology is defined as so:
Seller: the natural or legal person, namely LIPS4EVER, who offers products and/or services to consumers from a distance;

Buyer: the buyer of the goods is a visitor to the web shop who selects at least one product, puts it in the cart, pays on-line and sends the order to the Seller.

Distance contract: the distance contract between the Seller and Buyer for sale-purchase of Goods from the Website to which there general terms and conditions of use are an integral part.
Right of return: the possibility for the buyer to waive the distance contract within the return period;
Day: calendar day

These general terms and conditions stipulate the relations between online shop LIPS4EVER as the seller and the users of the website and its services as buyers. This site offers its customers the option for online purchase by ordering and paying for beauty products made with customized ingredients. It is considered that by effecting a purchase the Buyer have read and accepts the general terms and conditions.

The offer
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services being offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable the buyer to make a proper assessment of the offer. If the seller makes use of images, these will be a representation of the products and/or services being offered. The seller is not bound by obvious errors or mistakes in the offer.

Colour accuracy statement

LIPS4EVER made every effort to ensure the colours on screen are as close as possible to the actual product colours. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact colours match. Photographs and swatch colours will vary depending on your screen settings and resolution.

Ordering goods is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Goods are ordered thought the electronic form. If the seller is unable to deliver all the ordered items he will deliver those that he can, and the delivery date for the remainder of the order will be sent to the Buyer in writing via e-mail. The customer can accept or decline the delivery of the remaining products.

With placing the order the buyer also confirms that he/she have reached 18th (eighteenth) birthday and that he/she possess the power of judgment and have reached legal maturity.
The buyer by placing the order also confirms that he/she fully accept the terms and conditions of LIPS4EVER.

How to order.
The buyer can place an order with the seller by clicking on all the items he/she desires from the web shop. These items will appear in the buyer’s shopping basket. The buyer can then check his/her shopping basket and make any necessary changes. Once the buyer is content with his/her order, he/she can click on the ‘to your details’ button, and an electronic order is created containing the desired items. After entering his/her required information, including payment information, the buyer must press the ‘pay’ button and he/she will be directed to a secure environment where he/she can pay. After this, his/her order is complete. When processing the order, the seller will send the buyer an email with the confirmation receipt of the order. The sale and purchase contract starts from the moment the appropriate email is sent. The contract is therefore considered as within Poland.

Delivery of product

The seller will do its utmost best to deliver all purchases within the period indicated on the website (within 2 working days in the Netherlands if the buyer places his/her order on a working day).
The seller depends on its suppliers. As a result, all times listed on the website are only an indication.
If there has not been stated an alternative delivery address, products will be deliver to the address stated in the checkout process.

Any complaints regarding the condition of the supplied goods may be submitted, no later than two business days after receipt of the goods, by email to the seller (info@lips4ever.pl).

The prices stated for the products and services are inclusive of VAT and delivery in Poland. Payment must be made directly online , or via a bank transfer prior to the trader sending the products to the consumer. No extra costs are calculated for online payments.
In the event of non-payment on the part of the buyer, the seller has the right, subject to statutory limitations, to suspend or rescind the agreement and further agreement.

Terms of return
When purchasing products, a buyer has the possibility returning, without giving reasons, during a period of fourteen (14) days. This period commences on the day after the product was received by – or on behalf of – the buyer.
During this period, the buyer will treat the product and its packaging with care. He/she will only unpack the product as far as necessary in order to be able to assess whether he/she wishes to retain the product. Used or opened products are excluded from the right of return. In order to make use of the right of revocation the buyer is obliged to notify LIPS4EVER by means of a written declaration, sent by post or email (info@lips4ever.pl). The product must be return in the original state and packaging, not open and not used for a refund to be given. If the buyer fails to do so, the seller avails itself regarding the refund of the price on its general right of suspension.
The seller will refund this payment as quickly as possible, though at the latest within thirty (30) days after the product is returned.

The seller is responsible for the direct costs that need to be made for returning the products to LIPS4EVER.

Complaints procedure
At delivery, buyer should determine whether the products meet the requirements. If this is not the case, buyer must notify the seller as soon as possible, in any case within 14 days after delivery in writing or e-mail.

A reply to complaints submitted to the seller will be provided within a period of fourteen (14) days, calculated from the date of receipt. If it is anticipated that a complaint will require a longer processing time, then the seller will reply within fourteen (14) days, confirming receipt and indicating when the consumer can expect a more elaborate reply.

If it is demonstrated that the products do not meet the agreement, LIPS4EVER has the choice to replace the products or to refund the invoice value.

Damage compensation

Our cosmetics products are highly effective products, which shall only be used according to the application description. Before the use of cosmetics products it is necessary to perform an allergy test on the skin, at least 48hrs. prior to the use of the application, in order to exclude possible allergic reactions. If there occurs redness or swelling, the product shall not be used any more. The liability for harms arising from the use of our products is, within statutory limits, fully excluded.


The seller respects the buyer’s privacy. All personal data provided by the buyer to the seller is only kept in so far as is necessary in order to fulfill the aims for which it was obtained, such as processing the buyer’s order and informing the buyer about the seller and the seller’s products and / or services. Personal details are not used for redistribution without the buyer’s prior permission. The buyer always has the right to access and correct his/her personal information online.


LIPS4EVER website and its content have been prepared with great passion and the utmost care.

We remind you, that there may be partial differences between the products presented on the website and the actual delivered items. Especially mentionable is the colour, colour intensity and the texture of the products. Such deviances are not subjects to any claims, as long as the quality of the product is not affected.

We guarantee for a period of 24 months, that the products keep the specified characteristic as well as it is compliant with the specified performance and specifications. According to the specification there shall be no defects which can affect the use of the products. If the life period of the products proves to be less than 24 months, we are only liable for the corresponding life period. We shall not be liable for damages due to improper handling, storage, transport or the use of the products. If there are any damages, you have to claim the damages immediately after receiving the goods. Hidden defects need to be reported immediately after its detection.

If there is a defect, we as a seller, have the choice either to do rework, to offer a lower price, which reflects the reduction of the value, to withdraw from the contract or to do replacement deliveries.

Warranty of data transfer

The data communication via internet cannot be secured at all times due to today’s state of the art technology. We are not liable for the constant and continuous availability of the online-shop. We do also take no responsibilities for any technical or electronic defects during the sale transaction, especially not for delayed processing or the acceptance of an order.

Amendment of general terms and conditions

These general terms and conditions may be adapted at any time and will be effective immediately.

LIPS4EVER manages and maintains this website in Poland and therefore does not guarantee that the information we provide on the website is always entirely suitable for use in other countries.
